Ministry of Education Implementation Measures for Distance Education in Colleges and Universities

  Description:
First, the provisions of the proposed method are as follows:
(1) Article 7 (2) stipulates: "The scores of the distance learning course for the graduation total score of the preceding paragraph have exceeded one-third of the total score of the graduation and have not exceeded
In the case of more than one-half, the school shall start the opening of the distance education course and the relevant requirements for quality assurance in the school.
(2) Article 7 (4) stipulates: "Students who apply for distance education credits for the promotion of education credits apply for credits, and their course credits have exceeded the total credits of graduation.
In one-third of the cases, the school should make a copy of the book for reference."
2. The matters to be reported to the Ministry as set out in Item 2 of Article 7 of the preceding article shall be submitted to the school in accordance with the following instructions:
(1) Starting from the 108th school year, if there is a distance learning score for the distance of the total score of the graduates, it has exceeded 1/3 of the total score of the graduates and not more than 1/2.
The school is required to fill out the "Procedures for the Provision of Distance Education Courses and Quality Assurance Regulations" (such as Annex 1), and attach relevant regulations to the department for review.
After approval, it will be opened, if not, it will be exempted.
(2) The reporting period for each academic year is from April 15 to May 31, and the school is required to report the next academic year (including the first and second semester) according to the previous schedule.
Relevant information to the Ministry, based on the review, overdue will not be accepted (has been reviewed and approved by the Ministry and has not been amended to re-report).
(3) Those who have not been examined and approved by the Ministry, and the courses of distance learning courses that are counted as the total score of graduation are set up in each institution, department, department, department or degree program.

3. The matters to be reported to the Ministry as set out in Item 4 of Article 7 of the preceding article shall be submitted to the school in accordance with the following instructions:

Schools are required to fill out the "Recruitment of Credits for Student Credits" (see Annex 2) for reference.
(2) The schedule of the newspapers for each academic year (including the first and second semester) will be closed from March 15 to April 15. Please proceed according to the previous schedule. If not, the report will be exempted.
